Cozy room, clean bathroom, featuring an electric kettle that allowed us to enjoy our morning beverages while appreciating the great view outside our big window.

The room was spacious and had an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV, and a comfy bed. The bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer. Loved the swimming pool! Great breakfast options too. The location was in the city center, which made exploring super easy.

The location's canny, right in the city centre and near the palace. The breakfast was lush, with a great spread, but the room had a bit of a musty smell—could do with a refresh. All in all, a decent stay though, man!

Parking falsely advertised as free, with only limited spaces available. hefty 40 zl charge for overnight parking. Hairdryer in the room poorly outdated. the building could use a facelift to modernize its feel.

Utilize the aquapark access for relaxation post-exploration. it's an excellent way to unwind with the family.

Enjoyed the comfy beds in the Twin Room. The breakfast choices impressed me, with a nice variety to start the day. The bathroom ventilator didn't work at all, leaving the room humid after showers. the parking situation could be tricky as the outdoor parking filled up quickly, resulting in an extra charge for the garage. Despite these issues, the location near downtown made it easy to explore Bialystok.

A highlight of our stay was the close proximity to the city center, making exploration easy. the water park didn't meet our expectations. the facilities seemed outdated. Make sure to check the breakfast options early for the freshest selections. a decent base for exploring Bialystok.

Recommend it for families with kids

The breakfast spread was really excellent! Lots of choices, and I even found some hidden boiled eggs that surprised me, haha! The staff was friendly enough, though I had to chuckle at the slow service in the dining area.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but the experience was still acceptable.
